We’ve been using Tech Prognosis for over four years now and I cannot tell you how much time, money, and worry it has saved our firm. During that time we have changed servers and desktop computers, added a bunch of laptops, set up a secure wireless network, a VPN tunnel, remote access, and probably some other things I can’t remember.

We supposedly had a real backup process. We found out later that the backups were not being done after hours! Now Tech Prognosis provides onsite and cloud-based backups, done on a daily basis.
Thanks to Tech Prognosis and their Business Continuity service, the work required to keep our disaster recovery system functioning correctly has been virtually eliminated. We used to spend hours and hours setting up back-up jobs, checking and reviewing job completion errors, rotating USB drives offsite etc.
Now, we rarely get involved with any of the process. which is very stable and reliable.
Other companies are not as responsive as you are and more importantly will try to handle most problems over the phone versus in person. Point being I never stress about our computers because I know I can count on you.
To me monitoring is necessary because it insures the health of your network and computers. When you don’t have tech savvy staff, it’s good to have someone maintain the system by doing updates, etc. Also with all the viruses out there I like knowing you are watching.
